As per 1st September 2018 Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) requires a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) for all cargoes to be imported into Ghana. The CTN needs to be issued prior to shipping. CTN is required for each HBL and must be issued at the port of loading (country of origin). If you need help issuing CTN, please provide us with the following documents prior to cut off:
– Export Customs Declaration
– Commercial Invoice
– Packing List
– Bill of Lading
– Freight Invoice
– Contact details of cnee (phone and email address)
